I will have to replace the ageing Pentium 3 at 1 Ghz system here fairly soon. I am looking at dual core processors amongst other things. Firstly can someone recommend a (windows) benchmarking program that I can run under wine. Also can they give me some idea of the results to expect if I run alternative processors and how much dual core affects wine.
