Did you deleted your old configuration ?
(Default location is "$HOME/.wine")
Use "wineprefixcreate" to create a fresh one.

Thats the internal shortcut for "\\DosDevices"

c0000034 is STATUS_OBJECT_NAME_NOT_FOUND.
Wine is unable to find the simulated "C:\" - Drive
Delete your config and create a new one.
