I'm not too sure about the best way of doing this. 
But I found that if a user has an account on the box
hosting the wine ap, you can "ssh -X boxname" into it.
 THEN, you can invoke the "wine program.exe" command,
and the app will show up on your desktop (the remote
one you are sshing in from).
