The "fixm" at the end makes traceback look like it isnt complete.
Sorry if this was already asked on the list, 
but did you try to change the emulated OS in $HOME/.wine/config ?

Last tip: Im ok with helping users (working myself in a helpdesk),
but better answer to the list for better analysis of your problem.
