Setting version to XP doesn't work, the error is almost the same. Anyways I think the first error log is more relevat to the problem resolve.

Set your Windows version to winxp, XP MSVCRT doesn't like being run in win98 mode.
Though I doubt that'll fix your problem. The _XcptFilter stub isn't critical and is only used when something has already gone wrong anyway.
