I want to use TTQV (a GPS-Program) with wine, but I won't run. I am using Wine 20040914 under Debian (Sarge).

Now my first question: How "serious" are these errors? Are they vital? How do I get rid of
them?
These are not errors. They indicate code that has not been written, or is incomplete. Your program may or may not be failing because of this missing code.
If this GPS program is trying to access a GPS device, it probably will not work in Wine.
I read "How to help get applications working" guide on the WineHQ website. Is it time to report some bugs now?
No, you should never report fixme messages. Those were put in there by the developers, so they of course know about them.
