Hello

Please give us more information. Have you tried other kernels? Other
versions of wine? Have you even checked if ms proj 98 is supported?
Please do your homework before posting to the list. Thank you.

Charles,

Go easy on people asking for help. He's done a lot more than a lot of
people have. He has the program installed and now he needs our help
and experience to get past a mem issue. No problem. Maybe someone
who has gotten ms project 98 to work can give him some tips, or we can
help debug the program. There is not an official 'supported' list for
wine, only the appdb which tells which programs run and how to run
them if directions are needed. Besides regressions happen all the
time, and a 'supported' app can easily become a broken app with one
patch.
