2004-5-25 is short for "2004-5-25 00:00:00". So changes made during that
day are all later, they are not in.

Look at the cvs mailing list archives, there are 16 individual patches
made on 24th of May (CDT time zone) each with a time specified to the
second. You need 4 tests at the most.
