Hi,
I'm not a WINE expert per se. However I'd guess that "state 1" and "state 0" refer to whether the key is pressed or not respectively:
state 0: not pressed state 1: pressed
With that it looks like "key 8" has no alternate mapped to it via WINE at all, nor does the left TAB key. Key 17 and 4D don't have anything mapped for when they are pressed. I'm guessing again here: FC could be Function (F) key 12 (C in Hex). Would the "Pointer_Enable" key be the Scroll Lock?
Obviously I don't know where these particular keys need to be mapped to, but I hope this helps somehow :)
