So you want to run windows>cygwin>wine>program.exe? It should be possible, but as I don't have cygwin I can't tell you for sure.

For me, call it an exercise for the student. I'm running into a linker error which I don't understand, and I don't know enough about the cygwin / *IX tools involved to get around it. But I haven't given up.
