Did you already try to start the installer using: wine /mnt/cdrom/Install\ Macromedia\ Studio\ MX.exe I think the problem is that the spaces aren't escaped, using the above method you can use the shell to complete the path correct. To avoid problems with drive mapping, mounting etc. you can also copy the install files in your fake windows directory and start the installation from there.
