As the name fixme implies it's just a reminder to the developers to fix something. Actually in this case we can't fix it, it's just InstallShield sucking, so we removed the message. I've been doing some debugging on InstallShield installers lately, that message almost always means "help I died in the middle of an install last time". Blowing the crud InstallShield dumps on the system tends to help.
