Hmm, .. mozilla sent it as text/plain,8-bit,inline Looks fine to me, and I can save and apply the patch OK.
http://www.winehq.org/hypermail/wine-patches/2003/11/0356.html also looks OK.
Maybe it's a problem with gnus?
Anyway here it is again in a .tgz. It is against today's CVS I have included the sed script that did the work (sed -i -f ../fixup.sed ??.rc)
clock06.diff should still apply without any problems.
