Resend, slightly modified

This is needed for winegcc to build wine itself

Changelog
  + add standard dll path last instead of first
  + Add standard lib path as well
  + Remove . from default library search path
  + Compiling with -lwine needs to use the given -L paths

Dimi, I imagine that the 'other_lib_files' are going to be .so's. If so, shouldn't we search for them first so that by default, we link dynamically ?
