There's no reason to list the FAQ on this page, simply
because it's generated from the SGML, we have a link
to it directly off of the menu. We removed it once before,
no need to resurect it.

Get rid of the FAQ link from the documentation page.
Use the new docs/ dir rather than the obsolete Docs/.
