Sync of documentation re env var handling in config

Changelog:
Bring documentation in sync regarding expansion of environment variables
in the config file.

Can somebody reading/writing German can take a look at
installation-und-konfiguration.german? It's also mentionned in that
file, but I can't change it correctly without speaking German. Thanks.
