Well, I think it's obvious why he needs that browser...

He's using a linux install from 1996!!! Konqueror wasn't even out yet, was it?

Yes, please do upgrade to a newer version, you'll be much happier with the improvements that have taken place during that time...

Regarding your IE problem: Konqueror gives you the possibility to change the User Agent string for every seperate domain. So why do you still try to install Microshit Outernet Exploder??? ;-)


There's always a better solution available... :-)
