This simply reconciles cab_G_00 with CVS.

License: Bugroff

* dlls/setupapi: Makefile.in, setupapi_private.h,
    setupx_main.c, stubs.c, setupapi.h, setupcab.c (new)
  Greg Turner <gmturner007@ameritech.net>
- implement (most of) SetupIterateCabinet.
