A skeleton to get mswsock.dll, and two stubs; both needed by ACE, which is used by Anarchy Online. Someone with the proper know-how should fill in all the remaining stuff (a lot, if I understand the dependency walker correctly ;). Changes: * Introduce the mswsock dll. * Added stubs for TransmitFile() and AcceptEx().
