Changelog: Send TVN_ITEMEXPANDING when the user tries to expand a tree item _before_ checking for child items. This way the application can fill the tree view subitem list in response to the notification message. I'm note really shure, if not more calls to TREEVIEW_HasChildren() should also be replaced by a check of wineItem->firstChild.
