Hi! I am trying to make use of macromedia's flash.ocx (6.0.79.0) with the application http://www.globfx.com/products/swfplayer/. I registered flash.ocx on wine with regsvr32.exe and installed the Swiffplayer application, and after that the SWFPlayer.exe starts ok. Then I try to load a swf-file (a movie), but it doesn't play anything. The movie frame remains blank and neither play nor scroll the movie will work. I have used a couple of native DLLs from Win98, the trace:loaddll debug output gives me: load_dll Loaded module 'C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\KERNEL32.dll' : builtin load_dll Loaded module 'C:\Windows\System\ADVAPI32.DLL' : native load_dll Loaded module 'C:\Windows\System\GDI32.DLL' : builtin load_dll Loaded module 'C:\Windows\System\USER32.DLL' : builtin load_dll Loaded module 'C:\Windows\System\Msvcrt.dll' : native load_dll Loaded module 'C:\Windows\System\SHLWAPI.DLL' : native load_dll Loaded module 'C:\Windows\System\COMCTL32.DLL' : native load_dll Loaded module 'C:\Windows\System\SHELL32.DLL' : native load_dll Loaded module 'C:\Windows\System\COMDLG32.DLL' : native load_dll Loaded module 'C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\WINSPOOL.DRV' : builtin load_dll Loaded module 'C:\Windows\System\RPCRT4.DLL' : native load_dll Loaded module 'C:\Windows\System\OLE32.DLL' : builtin load_dll Loaded module 'C:\Windows\System\MSVCRT20.DLL' : native load_dll Loaded module 'C:\Windows\System\OLEDLG.DLL' : native load_dll Loaded module 'C:\Windows\System\OLEAUT32.DLL' : builtin load_dll Loaded module 'C:\Windows\System\OLEPRO32.DLL' : builtin load_dll Loaded module 'C:\Windows\System\WINMM.DLL' : builtin load_dll Loaded module 'C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\MSACM32.dll' : builtin MODULE_LoadModule16 Loaded module 'krnl386.exe' : builtin MODULE_LoadModule16 Loaded module 'system' : builtin MODULE_LoadModule16 Loaded module 'GDI.EXE' : builtin MODULE_LoadModule16 Loaded module 'USER.EXE' : builtin load_dll Loaded module 'C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\x11drv.dll' : builtin MODULE_LoadModule16 Loaded module 'display' : builtin MODULE_LoadModule16 Loaded module 'KEYBOARD.DLL' : builtin MODULE_LoadModule16 Loaded module 'commctrl.dll' : native MODULE_LoadModule16 Loaded module 'shell.dll' : native load_dll Loaded module 'C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\wineoss.drv' : builtin load_dll Loaded module 'C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\msacm.drv' : builtin load_dll Loaded module 'C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\midimap.drv' : builtin load_dll Loaded module 'C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\iphlpapi.dll' : builtin load_dll Loaded module 'C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\WS2_32.DLL' : builtin load_dll Loaded module 'C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\WSOCK32.DLL' : builtin load_dll Loaded module 'C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\lz32.dll' : builtin load_dll Loaded module 'C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\VERSION.dll' : builtin load_dll Loaded module 'C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\URLMON.DLL' : native load_dll Loaded module 'C:\Windows\System\Macromed\flash\flash.ocx' : native I really tried a LOT of combinations of buildin/native DLLs with no effect. I am not really sure what else I can try to debug to give me a hint whats going wrong. Is the problem here with me or can I give up right now because wine doesn't support something? Thanks for any hint or suggestion! :) -- Ernesto Baschny <ernst@baschny.de> http://www.baschny.de - PGP: http://www.baschny.de/pgp.txt Sao Paulo/Brasil - Stuttgart/Germany Ernst@IRCnet - ICQ# 2955403 _______________________________________________ wine-users mailing list wine-users@winehq.com http://www.winehq.com/mailman/listinfo/wine-users
