Lightroom 4 in Ubuntu 12.04 with Unity2D

When I run Adobe Lightroom 4 in Wine in Ubuntu 12.04, it works fine with
the standard Unity3D window manager, but when I use Unity2D, it is not
possible to show the import photo dialog, Lightroom just hangs.
This seems to be some kind of window management issue. Anyone knows how
to solve it?
