I'm not sure it's *well* maintained :-) But I do try to respond to bug reports, and Austin helps out, too. At the moment, ie8 crashes because of http://code.google.com/p/winetricks/issues/detail?id=219 and I don't have a complete workaround ready (see that bug for where I had to stop for the day).
