Hi easymoney1972, please upgrade to latest wine (1.5.2) and run from command line. Post terminal output here in the forum. If that doesn't help, file a bug, that would be perfectly legitimate, even if there'd exist a working linux version of that app. Though your bug wouldn't probably get a high priority and it might take some time, until it gets fixed.
