Hi Kodama, are you really running from command line, i.e. typing "wine whatever.app"? I don't know anything about tiling-wm, but it sounds like you are just clicking on an icon, which pops up a console window, which will automatically be closed, when the program has been terminated (this behaviour might depend on some configuration options in you Window Manager).
