If you really want commercial support, you could hire Codeweavers, see http://www.codeweavers.com/services/ , though that probably wouldn't be cheap, depending on the expenditure needed. You can ask Codeweavers, they will tell you how many developers and hours will be needed and how much they will charge. What is preventing your application from running under wine? For instance .NET 4.x might pose a real problem at the moment and nearby future, if you've got access to the source code, you could reduce such dependencies.
