As noticied by Lionel, this patch include the same fix that Paul Bain 
<prbain@essex.ac.uk> have sent in "wine-patches:Really small dinput mouse 
fix"

So changelog addin:
- - Paul Bain <prbain@essex.ac.uk> 
Puts IID_IDirectInputDevice2A back in
IDirectInputDevice2AImpl_QueryInterface so the mouse works again in a
few games that use it. :)
