Update:
Profili run on ubuntu 10.10 on one of my PC
copying all key from the section 
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\ODBC\ODBCINST.INI]
and paste on other PC where profili show the mdb file error

software start without error

following the ODBCINST register section 
may you suggest me which keys are needed?
Why soemtimes that keys are no generated by wine and profili?
