Ok, thanks, but, can you tel me how install 1.4-rc-5??? I try to install it since a long time, but I have got this message: "make: *** Pas de règle pour fabriquer la cible « install ». Arrêt."

That function was added in 1.3.29, so clearly you didn't upgrade to the latest development release as I told you to do in my very first response.  http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=25364

As I said yesterday, I tested all three apps in 1.4-rc5 and all three work fine out of the box.
