Whoever wants to maintain it should make a new appdb entry for the current version and people can post test results and comments there, but the appdb is not bugzilla. The people who generally write the code to fix these problems do not use the appdb to hunt for issues to deal with. They look at the bugzilla reports and use those to prioritize issues. If people are not filing and adding to actual bug reports then the problem will not be fixed unless they write and submit the fix code themselves.
