where 0x02 is the error code.
So I cant install a service, which made me suspect that it was not implemented.
Is there a plan for how to implement services ? And where shall I start if I want to help with it ?

2. When should services be stopped?
3. Installed services affect what users (in multi user installation)?
4. What user do installed services run as?
Answering some of these questions require work on the wineserver (some people are already working on similar technologies, BTW).
I think the first step should defenitely be to subscribe to wine-devel and give a "hello" message stating what you want to do.
