Re: Fixes for the ntdll/rtlstr test

This one seems to have fallen through the cracks so I'm resubmitting
(updated the patch against the latest CVS). I also remembered Gerald
Pfeifer's advice and replaced '#include <malloc.h>' with '#include
<stdlib.h>'.
