sound3d improvements, part I

I've decided to clean sound3d.c because functions i've implemented earlier produce far too much FIXME messages (they slow down apps). I've also added 3D buffer mixing/recalculating function (well, it's just a stub).
 
ChangeLog:
 - cleaned *Set* functions
 - added initial code for 3d buffer recalculating
