Clearly I should have added "</sarcasm>" at the end.

Having monitored bugtraq for over a year I have a fair idea just how bad
IE (and lookout) are for security.

Actually the bank in question run all their systems on NT and have done
for a long time, so there is reason to suspect that the IT manager is a
MS shareholder.
