Starting Alpha port patches

Started work on alpha while I had some free time and will send the configure 
patches in a few. If anyone else is interested in a Alpha port feel free to 
help. I am going to see what I can get done on this when I have time and 
dont have a head-ache from the alpha-mingw porting work for ReactOS.
