This patch cleans up int21 handling and prepares for migration of nontrivial functions to winedos. Winedos no longer uses INT_Int21Handler as default handler for unknown functions. Changelog: Clean up int21 handling. Move error handling to winedos. Call INT_Int21Handler only to emulate selected functions.
