All: I am trying to install a program from a file on the hard drive. After running winecheck (which did help me catch some config problems), here is what happens (stock RH80 setup, which includes wine-20020605; note that I also tried this with the latest cvs, and got the same error): 1. I run the setup file from my virtual c:\ directory. 2. After flashing a bunch of text in the terminal window (font, keyboard, cdrom issues), a "Wine console" opens up. After saying it can't get the debug information it is looking for, at the bottom it says Unhandled exception: array bounds in 16-bit code. I type "quit" and the window closes. 3. The setup seems to proceed (goes through all of the dialog boxes with no complaint). But at the end, when it actually tries to start installing the files, it bombs with the following dialog box shown: ########################################## ComponentMoveData had the following error: Media Name: Data Component: File Group: File: E:\pft8cda~tmp\data1.hdr Error Number: -113 Write this down to aid tech support. ########################################## So, I have several questions: 1. Does anyone know how to fix this? 2. I dumped a bunch of debug information to a text file, but it is big, so I didn't want to post it here. What should I be looking for in this file, given the above errors? Thanks.
