This patch finally deletes INT_Int31Handler and associated functions from msdos/int31.c. Next patches will concentrate on removing dead code from other msdos/*.c files and cleaning up .spec and .h files referencing the removed functions. Changelog: Removed obsolete INT_Int31Handler.
