This is not usually a problem. If your program works then its not a 
problem for you. there is a bug report in bugzilla  for this (bug 475) 
if you are interested.

This might be fixed by changing the following lines in ~/.wine/config

; Enable DirectX mouse grab
"DXGrab" = "Y"

If that does not work then entering a bug report in bugzilla for this 
one would be a good idea.
