Hello,
this is the next patch in the series "Close bug #90".
During the makings of this patch I observed that i missed some
HMIDI{IN,OUT}16 conversions to HANDLE's (due to HANDLE still being an
UINT) and i included them in this patch. Oh, and I also found a nasty
small bug.
