Hi, SHLWAPI updates; From the last patch, but cleaned/fixed up and split into small chunks. This chunk implements, documents and adds unit tests for ordinals 17-22, which expose an API for a streamable compact list. This patch adds 2 new files, so you'll need to re-run configure.
