Hi all,
better toggle all relevant bits in VGA crt register,
RAM access bit (Turbo Pascal 6 queries it on startup) and lightpen bit and
VGA refresh bit, not only VGA refresh.
Needless to say, this makes Turbo Pascal 6 work
(well, sort of: opening a file doesn't seem to work)
