OK..I finished translating commdlg/cdlg32 and
commctl/comctl32 localization files.
I don't know how to add files to patch, so I'm
sending them seperately as file attachments.
Anyway, I just translated strings, didn't change
dimensions of buttons&stuff because I'll revise everything
later.
