Hi Eric, I finally manage to use wineconsole. Fix needed : install the NVidia headers provided in the documentation part of the package when installing it with a RedHat distribution. They will overwrite the (wrong) headers needed to link with a Mesa installation provided in the default XFree86-devel package.
