In <wine>/winedefault.reg are some lines: # # Configuration for unhandled exceptions # [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\AeDebug] # command line to start a debugger when an exception occurs "Debugger"="debugger/winedbg %ld %ld" # to 0 if a message box has to be presented before running the debugger "Auto"="1" the "Debugger"= line has to have the unix path to winedbg. Say you edit that file, then you say regapi setValue -- -force < winedefault.reg or cat winedefault.reg |regapi setValue -- -force and the entry will go into ~/.wine/system.reg and hey, presto, Wine knows where to find the debugger. Please get a current wine before reporting problems, though. http://www.ibiblio.org/pub/Linux/ALPHA/wine/development/Wine-20020228.tar.gz ftp://ftp.infomagic.com/pub/mirrors/linux/sunsite/ALPHA/wine/development/Wine-20020228.tar.gz ftp://ftp.fu-berlin.de/unix/linux/mirrors/sunsite.unc.edu/ALPHA/wine/development/Wine-20020228.tar.gz ftp://orcus.progsoc.uts.edu.au/pub/Wine/development/Wine-20020228.tar.gz It should also be available from any other site that mirrors ibiblio.org.
