Hi. I am also trying to get a easy to use more functional than Qcad rendition of Auto-Cad lt running on Linux. I have had no success. I have just been laid off work so I will have some time to try some things. I have heard of a program called Varkon, looks like a good candidate but I have not had the time to get it running yet. Have a look and see what you think, I would be interested. Thanks, Dale Phrostie wrote: > > Intellicad, Rhino3D, Vdraft, General Cadd,,, > follow the link in my sig. goto the Wine pages. > > there are some that won't work, but i've had pretty good success. > > also don't forget that there are native application for linux. > Qcad is not bad, and Varicad has just released a new version for linux. > > hope that helps > > -- > Oh, I have slipped the surly bonds of DOS, > and danced the skies on Linux silvered wings. > http://pfrostie.freeservers.com/cad-tastrafy/ > http://www.freelists.org/list/cad-linux > > "Lars O.
