This project will involve *in situ* Rb-Sr dating of white micas (and potentially other geochronology, i.e., U-Pb in titanite, zircon, monazite) in the Franciscan Complex, CA, USA. The student will undertake a comparison of known Ar-Ar dates with new Rb-Sr dates.
