Dear Colleagues,

We would like to invite you to submit abstracts to *Theme Session T17 at
the GSA Cordilleran Section Meeting
<https://urldefense.com/v3/__https://www.geosociety.org/GSA/GSA/Sections/cd/2025mtg/home.aspx?gad_source=1&gclid=Cj0KCQiAvvO7BhC-ARIsAGFyToXaZ_m0uBERkvdb2Av1fzFHsj78ehSs-YVdyi6BbSy712MXDp1F49oaAiM9EALw_wcB__;!!IKRxdwAv5BmarQ!ccm6C_q6lD1dlT5R-tCyD0Oz-6et3aMT7you874PfkY--bWLu9Kh_FbCoEer1uyKzBI2zpDvcePDwT2ulY4ZQG_vkQ$>*,
held in Sacramento, CA, from April 2â??4, 2025.
This session focuses on the structural and compositional development of
plutons and batholiths. We encourage contributions from a broad range
of perspectives, including tectonics, petrology, structural geology, and
geochemistry.
Below is the full session description:

*T17. Evolution of Plutons and Batholiths at Different Crustal Levels*
*Why, when, and how do Cordilleran plutons and batholiths grow throughout
the crustal column? This session examines the impact of magmatic and
tectonic processes at different crustal levels on compositions, volumes,
and growth rates of intrusions. We encourage contributions from various
perspectives, including petrology and geochemistry, field studies, and
tectonics.*
*Abstracts are due January 28th at 11:59 PM, Pacific Time.* *You can s**ubmit
abstracts here
