Please consider that the SA is the most important event on the IAVCEI calendar where our community can gather to exchange, share, discuss and celebrate science! SAs also represent the best venue to network, especially for our Early Career Researchers, and to award outstanding achievements. Bid packages should be a single PDF document containing information that allows us to assess the proposed venue in terms of relevance as well as: - accessibility, - capacity, - program, - social events and field trips, - outreach opportunities, - financial and administrative capabilities, - amenities and accommodation, - innovative and creative approaches.
