Candidates need to have graduated with an MSc (or BSc with Honours) in Geology/Earth Sciences, and have an active interest in the fields of igneous petrology, volcanology, economic geology, and in situ geochemistry. Previous research experience in one or several of these fields is desirable. The successful candidate will join a vibrant research team with access to superb analytical facilities, excited to better understand arc magmatism and its links to explosive eruptions and copper mineralisation!
